Held at the RDR gymnasium on November 21, 2013, the event revived the city’s search for a muse that embodies the TagumeƱa package which remained dormant for two decades until the current administration of Mayor Allan L. Rellon brought it back to life this year.

Searching for that ultimate lass went through a rigorous screening process—making it a one-of-a-kind beauty pageant that not only showcased the candidate’s beauty but is also anchored on their commitment to take part in community-building.

Each of the candidates submitted a project proposal in line with the EAGLE WINGS development thrusts of the current administration, the winner of which shall be financed by the local government. The 10-point development thrust served as a compass for the Rellon Administration in fulfilling its social contract with the people.
