Fiestagumenyo: The Feast of Christ the King


FAMILY, FOOD, & FUN!
The feast of Christ the King is celebrated every November during the last Sunday of the Liturgical Year.  It is a thanksgiving celebration of devotees for the bountiful blessings they have received for the year with a variety of shows, carnivals and other entertainment activities mostly held at the Tagum City Cultural and Trade Center and at the Freedom Park.

UGMAD (Uma, Gamiton, Mag-uuma Atong Dayegon) Festival is an annual celebration of Tagum City to acknowledge the importance of the farmers contribution to the society. It is a month-ong celebration which will start on August 28, 2013  and will end on September 22, 2013. The UGMAD Festival



UGMAD FESTIVAL”, (“Uma Gamiton, Mag-uuma Atong Dayegon,”) is a farmers' festival celebrating a holiday for the farmers and acknowledging their noble contribution of being the backbone of the society.  It is a month long convergence not limited to the farmers sector but also includes the fisherfolks and the livestock caretakers as well.  The date of the activity shall be slated every fourth week of August until the third week of September in the major event areas of Tagum City.

The 1st Tagum City Gay Summit

The City Government of Tagum, through the Tagum City Tourism Office, in partnership with the Tagum City Gay Association Incorporated, presents the latest, colorful, fun and grand festival of the city, the "Tagum City Gay Summit".


The City of Tagum, with its new administration, under the leadership of Mayor Allan L. Rellon, DPA, continues its empowerment of the different societies of Tagum, including the Gay Community led by the TCGAI; with the supervision of the Tagum City Tourism Office, led by Geraldine B. Abella, the Tagum City Gay Summit becomes its representation.
