Tagumenyo Bisa'g Asa is the biggest gathering of citizens of Tagum City! It is the first grand homecoming of Tqagumenyos from around the world!
The City Government of Tagum under its new administration strives for social responsibility to have a positive impact on development and in society with a positive contribution to bottom-line results.
In line with its thrusts and development, the Tagum City Tourism Office as the spearheading office together with other offices in the local government unit of Tagum creates an avenue where not only to promote tourism but also organizes events that would help uplift the level of awareness in providing shared-responsibility to the constituents of Tagum. It does not only call for wide participation among Tagumenyos within the vicinity of the locality but transcends time and boundaries.
Thus, the BALIKBAYAN : TAGUMENYO BISA’G ASA project is conceived.
As this project takes place, the people of Tagum through its city government shall be able to connect with the Tagumenyos across the continents, reach out to them, bring them back home once again and revisit Tagum as it is today. Most importantly, it will be able to initiate meaningful opportunities for these Tagumenyos abroad take part in building a shared-responsibility in their very own hometown.
